Seller
General

Unicart also gives visibility to your work in the most important international platforms

Your items will remain visible on our site. In case of unsold you will receive post-auction offers from our users. You will decide whether or not to accept.
Payment
The payment of the lot, the transport costs and the commissions are made by the purchaser to Unicart normally within 4 days of the award.
Unicart credits the amount of the sale and the transport costs net of the commission when the buyer receives the item.
There are cases of suspension of payment related to disputes, damage or non-compliance of the object. For more info, you can view the “Payment of Lots” section in the terms and conditions.
Your items will remain visible on our site. In case of unsold you will receive post-auction offers from our users. You will decide whether or not to accept.
Shipments
The seller will ship within 4 days of the buyer’s payment and will advance the shipping costs, with a traceable shipment that he will have to provide to the buyer.
Buyer
General
The amount of the automatic raise shall be specified in each lot.
If the auction closes with the highest bid lower than the reserve price, the seller reserves the right not to sell the lot, therefore it could remain unsold, the lot is sold only if it exceeds the reserve price.
Payment
To make the payment, once the auction has ended with a bid greater than the reserve price, the winning user must go to the specific page of the lot or to the page of his account, under “My auctions” and click on the appropriate button to make the payment.
The methods accepted by this site are:

At the moment other payment methods are not accepted but for exceptional needs it is possible to contact us by email and we will evaluate case by case.

Shipments
The buyer will receive within 4 days of payment a tracking number of the shipment.
All shipments will be made by companies specializing in antiques and monitored unless the shipment is managed independently by the buyer, in which case the seller is completely exempt and collection must be made within 4 days of payment.
Shipping prices are specified in each lot for sale.
